Why fix something that was never broke. PUT THE TABS BACK ON THE BOTTOM. I understand that many have left Firefox because of this screwed up change. I will be another one leaving Firefox until this is fixed. Cant use colorful tabs and a theme at the same time. Tabs being on top have screwed up many things not to mention it is difficult to see having to look upwards of 3 lines.

Whose the "genius" that instituted that change? Fire em!!!!!!

The link you display above...totally foreign to me.

Besides and this isn't directed at you. Where are the Firefox programmers. I'm not reprogramming their website!!!!! Firefox needs to look as this stuff and fix it.

I'm not receiving a salary from Firefox. This is a website issue that needs to be corrected by the website not the people that use it.

Perhaps I'll start a campaign on the world wide web to boycott Firefox. Start a revolution!!!!

Why do the people that use Firefox or any other website have to jump through hoops.

FIX YOUR S---!!!!!!

cor-el gave you a link that has the option to put tabs on bottom. Read through it. Here's another one to read up on: https://www.userchrome.org/what-is-userchrome-css.html The option for this is the 3rd entry.

Locking as solved since the links mentioned in this thread are guaranteed solutions.

You can leave your feedback via "Help -> Submit Feedback".

It is not that difficult and you can still give it a try and create userChrome.css.

The first step is to open the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" page and find the button to access the profile folder.

You can find this button under the "Application Basics" section as "Profile Folder -> Open Folder". If you click this button then you open the profile folder in the Windows File Explorer. You need to create a folder with the name chrome in this folder (name is all lowercase). In the chrome folder you need to create a text file with the name userChrome.css (name is case sensitive). In this userChrome.css text file you paste the text posted below.

In Windows saving the file is usually the only time things get more complicated because Windows can silently add a .txt file extension and you end up with a file named userChrome.css.txt. To avoid this you need to make sure to select "All files" in the dialog to save the file in the text editor using "Save File as".

Add code to the userChrome.css file below the default @namespace line.

@namespace url("http://www.mozilla.org/keymaster/gatekeeper/there.is.only.xul"); /* only needed once */

@namespace url("http://www.mozilla.org/keymaster/gatekeeper/there.is.only.xul"); /* only needed once */

#titlebar {
  -moz-box-ordinal-group: 0 !important;
}
#navigator-toolbox #toolbar-menubar {
  -moz-box-ordinal-group: 1 !important;
}
/* navigation toolbar */
#navigator-toolbox #nav-bar {
  -moz-box-ordinal-group: 2 !important;
}
/* bookmarks toolbar */
#navigator-toolbox #PersonalToolbar {
  -moz-box-ordinal-group: 3 !important;
}
/* 3rd party toolbars */
#navigator-toolbox toolbar {
  -moz-box-ordinal-group: 10 !important;
}
/* tabs toolbar */
#navigator-toolbox #TabsToolbar {
  -moz-box-ordinal-group: 100 !important;
}

Firefox is the name of a web browser as a website is for example www.example.com. It is not a website nor is it a search engine (like Google, Bing, Yahoo..)

Mozilla is the company that makes the Firefox web browser.
