Is there any way to undo the Windows10 spying mechanisms? I've uninstalled WIN10 already but it left its spies and I can't download torrents any more :(

Had installed Windows10 OS, didn't like it and uninstalled it. Now I am back to my original Windows8 but Win10 left behind mechanisms that spy on my activity and my files (!). They track down any instance of my downloading a torrent file and report me first to my Internet Provider, who in turn threatens further legal action. Is there any way to delete those spying things?

I don't think it's win10. Your ISP can always see what you are downloading. To fix this you can get a VPN.

You may have ad / mal-ware. Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.

Run most or all of the listed malware scanners. Each works differently. If one program misses something, another may pick it up.
