Random ads when not accessing internet.

Random ads keep popping up when I am not browsing the internet, had to uninstall it to stop it, same thing happened with Samsung Internet, had to force it to stop, it does not happen with Google browser. When the ads pop on it shows the name of the browser at the top of screen. One of the ads is a Mirror one about Branston investing in Bitcoin.
