When the device is switched off, try holding down both the power and volume up button, then choose "wipe data/factory reset" or "wipe cache partition", then reboot. Please report back.

Could you elaborate on "the problem is that I have a factory reset"? Did you perform the reset yourself, i.e. what caused it to happen, and how?

Also, are you familiar with connecting the device to a PC in order to flash it or perform any (adb or fastboot) commands? See this page for more info.
