unable to upload attachments to yahoo & Hotmail emails (works on Safari though)

I got Mac Pro (OS X Yosemite 10.10.5), Browsers: Safari & Firefox (42.0), which is th eprinciple browser. Internet Connection is BT (70 mbs speed).

Problem: All of a sudden, can't upload any large attachments (more than a 1mb) to my emails (yahoo, Hotmails), which was not a problem belowr. Though, no problem to upload same or larger attachments when using Safari.
