Hi, I'm using ZEN U105 FIRE a smatphone with 1 ghz single core processer and 128 MB ram, but the phone some times hung up due to less memory(RAM)........line gets terminated when running on background,......is there a way I can use SD card ss ram?

Not posible by now...
Unfortunately, it is not possible to such. You can however, close apps that are running that you no longer need and turn off settings you don't need.
No it is not possible to boost up ram
