cant read whats app messages in connect a2 on my alcatel onetouch fire c i missed my lot of messages

am using Firefox phone (alcatel onetouch c) they also coming inbuilt connect a2 app for whtas app. we take much more time to with configure whats app account with connect a2. last am connected with whats app but just appear my messages in chat screen then we cant see the messages. just seeing chat screen is blank. i have missed my lot of important messages please suggest me any solution
