The sync doesnt work on the android app

Nothing is syncing on the android app, both the normal and beta versions. The same problem has existed for two months. This prevents me from using firefox, though i want to. The app needs a better interface too

Hi Sahilsn, Thank you for your question. I understand that your mobile device is not syncing your Firefox sync account on Beta or on the release version. This sounds frustrating.

In order to troubleshoot what might be going wrong please try these steps:

  1. Go to the Android Settings and tap on Accounts
  2. Scroll down to where Firefox Sync is listed.
  3. From here either select "Sync Now" or open up the Sync Settings from here.
  4. Make sure that there are no red warnings about Auto Sync
  5. Then navigate back to the Firefox for Android app and go to accounts.firefox.com and disconnect and reconnect the account.
  6. Are the other devices also connected to the same version of Firefox Sync?
