How can I find my questiomns

Using Desktop version 140.10.esr with Windows 11, I am pasting a link to a gifted article from The Atlantic. If I paste the link into a messenger window, it works -- but when I paste it into a newly composted email in Thunderbird, it's blank. What's up?

I was a Thunderbird user for a long time, and so signed up for monthly donations in support. But I ended Thunderbird use when switching to a new computer, and now I'd like to cease that monthly automatic billing. But the Donor Portal doesn't work - the login link is never sent. So how do I terminate this monthly billing?

What is difference between Thunderbird and Pro version. Would Thunderbird Pro be available as free version or just monthly subscription.

I can't wait until Pro is available to public because I use Thunderbird all time and can also tell me when Pro be available so I can start using it

How in the heck do you reach tech support for Thunderbird? I have NEVER in my life seen a company so elusive to contacting them. I appreciate the help in here, but there are times when a forum can't help and you need the actual company to be accessible to get that help.

I am about to that point of uninstalling it and throwing it out the office window.

Originally I installed LINUX MINT Cinnamon 22.3 and all worked extremely well this was on JAN 5 2026, Installed a series of updates and everything was fine. Installed the last update and it changed everything from the font size and type of font to startup and now I have only use of one (1) display monitor whereas both were working without an issue before. Both are working fine and and are plug in properly and have power. I can not seen to add a second monitor. Please advise, thanks

First time user here, so forgive me if I do or ask something stupid!

I'm the old fashioned kind of user, so I like to have some kind of manual to read through at my leisure, thus saving me from asking daft questions on forums like this.

I have found something at Floss, but it seems to be in a large number of sections which I guess I could doenload individually but it seems a considerable effort.

Can anyone suggest where I could download such a manual? I'm not bothered too much if it relates to an older version of Thunderbird, I just want to have a handy reference to the program in general.

I am currently facing an issue with Thunderbird, and it has not been resolved yet. Therefore, I am unable to send emails through Thunderbird for the time being.

Until the issue is sorted out, I will be sending emails through an alternative method.

I am experiencing a persistent "ghosting" issue where deleted messages reappear in the "All Mail" folder. Environment: Mac Mini M2, macOS 15.2, Thunderbird 140.7ESR. Configuration: Gmail IMAP with "Auto-Expunge OFF" and "Immediately delete the message forever" selected in Gmail Web settings. Behavior: Using Shift+Delete or emptying the Trash in Thunderbird appears to work locally, but upon restart/re-index, messages return to the "All Mail" folder. Even after 2+ days, a search on the Gmail web interface still reveals the "deleted" items. Issue: The EXPUNGE command does not seem to be successfully committing to the Gmail server in this specific version build. Note that the TB has gone through some major rebuilds from 140.6 back to 128 ESR to 140.7ESR in the period from early Jan till 2 weeks ago. Very recently, TB became once again very slow on a start up, including after rebuilding of the large All Mail file of 66K items. A month ago, I added Satechi with 2TB drive split evenly between Time Machine and Other data. Significant oscillations took place in free memory on the MacHD between 60BG and 10 GB, currently at 58GB. Safari is my browser.

how can I cancel my monthly donation to Thunderbird? For the past few months, whenever I use Firefox, I get multiple messages about viruses. I never use thunderbird. I just want to stop the $3 monthly donation throgh Paypal.

Sometimes Thunderbird asks for a donation. But in order to donate I need the indication of a SEPA account. Other options are too cumbersome for me. Because this topic is not listed in the topic list, I have selected "Accounts".

I recently created a theme. I got the answer to my question in it. But I can't answer myself! When submitting the form, a message appears: "This page is not working. Contact the website owner." Where should I write to? Tell me please. I need to reply in the topic.
