When opening a website, the url has a padlock with a red line thru it (unsecured), the browser then waits about 5-8 seconds for the red line to disappear (secure )then begins loading the content. It behaves on win 10 and android devices. Upon refreshing Firefox on win 10, it got faster, but reverted. Unchecked wait for secure sites doesn't help.

Watching same website on different browsers, only Firefox goes wrong, so I think this should be Firefox's bug.

Been using Firefox on Android for years with no problems. Wondering if this is my problem and I need to troubleshoot or if others are having the same issue, in which case I can just wait for Mozilla to roll up some update fixing it. All I did up to now is disable add-ons but the problem persists. I'll do a fresh install if I really have to but I'll wait for a response here first to make sure. Cheers.

Video playback initially works, until suddenly it doesn't; no new videos will work, and videos that previously played in the same browsing session will stop working. Easy to reproduce on Reddit by browsing any video-heavy subreddit. Leaving a broken video in a tab seems to infect the rest of the browser across websites; if a broken video from site A is open in another tab, videos on site B won't play.
Sometimes quitting and restarting Firefox is enough to temporarily get video playback working again; sometimes I have to manually clear the browser cache; at least once I've had to reboot my phone.

It looks like rectangles in background colour hide the text. Zooming changes the affected zones and generally makes more an more text visible again. Selecting the missing text also makes it visible. This happens on only one device. Complete deinstallation and reinstallation of Firefox for Android didn't help.

Each time I've tried to do a search with Firefox this is the page that appears, no search results of any kind, but when I switch my search to duckduckgo and perform the search I get results. Firefox 120 is freezing my Android 11 phone when I start typing on the search bar (weirdly it start to happens when a space is inserted). It freezes so hard that pretty much it takes 30-min to 1 hour for the phone to restart or the battery to drain.
Reverting to 119.1.1 solves the problem immediately.
My guess would be that maybe the search bar or the suggestion related code introduced something weird, as I do have a lot of bookmarks. Nevertheless, it's definitely a new issue (been using Firefox mobile since first day around 2010) and introduced in 120.0.
Since the phone is hard freezing, I can't even connect in ADB and try to see any message hinting at what's wrong. If there's a crash trace maybe some info could be dug there.

Firefox on my android phone times out on any webpage whenever I am not connected to a Wi-Fi. All webpages and IP addresses timeout with no response. Same issue occurs on Firefox Beta app and Firefox Nightly. All other applications work as expected with full internet access on mobile data. The same pages/addresses respond as expected on Chrome and the built-in browser.
Simply put, all Firefox apps have no internet connectivity on mobile data.
Solutions I've attempted with no success or change: Re-install Firefox. Logging out of Firefox Sync. Clear Firefox data and cache. Disabling tracking protection. Disabling HTTPS-only mode. No proxy settings are enabled. Confirmed Firefox application has mobile data network privileges. Disabling, re-enabling mobile data network privs. Installing Firefox Beta and Firefox Nightly; same issue.
Another possibly related issue: Firefox does not follow routes from a Cisco AnyConnect VPN on my phone. Opening pages/IP addresses routed through the VPN are rejected or timeout as if the VPN is not active at all. The same pages/addresses respond as expected on Chrome and the built-in browser. This occurs over Wi-Fi as well, of course nothing works on mobile data as described above.

After updating Firefox for Android, my phone started rebooting after downloading any file. This makes it very difficult to use the browser and I had to use Chrome temporarily. The Crashes tab in About Firefox is empty.
