আমি Windows 10 ব্যবহার করি। Firefox দিয়ে www.tiktok.com খুলতে গেলে নিচের এরর মেসেজটি আসে:

"Did Not Connect: Potential Security Issue"

এখানে বলা হয় Firefox নিরাপদ সংযোগ করতে পারছে না এবং সাইটটি HSTS ব্যবহার করে। অন্য সব ওয়েবসাইট ঠিকঠাক খুলছে, শুধু TikTok এ সমস্যা হচ্ছে।

আমার কম্পিউটারের সময় ও তারিখ ঠিক আছে। Firefox এর সর্বশেষ ভার্সন ব্যবহার করছি।

এই সমস্যার সমাধান কীভাবে করব দয়া করে জানাবেন?

Ok so we have a 64bit windows PC that works very well but will not load one of our supplier website which is quite important. I have the site working on other PC's but for some reason Firefox on this PC does not like the site at all I get many messages with uplaod errors. SSL_ERROR_RX_UNEXPECTED_RECORD_TYPE being one Error code: SSL_ERROR_BAD_MAC_READ being another.

We must have some security settings wrong in Firefox but we are unable to pinpoint what we need to do to get this to work?
