When filling out forms in Firefox, it offers to autofill everything - first, middle, and last name, home address, credit card info, just now it even showed it has my social security number. When I go into Settings/Privacy & Security/Forms and Autofill, and click to view Saved Addresses/Saved Credit Cards, there are no entries to edit or remove. Why does Firefox have this info saved, and how can I remove it?

I Closed the browser and forgot that I had a private one open too. When I went to open the main Firefox window up, my previous session was wiped! I already tried the right clicking plus sign method to no avail. It just brings up the one I had after searching how to bring back the session and then accidentally closed the browser after. Any tips on how to get it back? Why does this happen just because you have a private window open??? Change that ASAP!

I have used a custom html file as my homepage for years and while I can get Firefox to accept it as my homepage, I can't for the life of me figure out how to make it so when I open a new tab it goes straight to said custom page. I've tried multiple different add-ons for Firefox and none have worked, and I've checked multiple different support questions here and am still unable to figure this out.

The right pane on google drive is not loading on firefox. It says "Couldn't load, Try again". Dev tools show the error "NS_ERROR_INTERCEPTION_FAILED".

If i clean the data and cookies for the website it starts working but not for long. Last time i did it i lasted like 5 minutes. Turning off all the extensions doesn't help.

I'm logged in on several google accounts, don't know if that matters.

Firefox randomly freezes when i try and open a website or do anything then will load forever. Can not open a new tab as it will just load forever when i try and open a website. Only fix is to open and close it.

I can't turn off lazy loading. I set the following about:config settings to "false":

browser.sessionstore.restore_on_demand browser.sessionstore.restore_tabs_lazily browser.sessionstore.restore_pinned_tabs_on_demand

Nothing changes. When I start Firefox, it simply won't load all tabs. How do I fix this?

Dear Sir/Madam Hi I live in Iran and I use the lovely FireFox browser for many years I have got in the trouble with Logins and Passwords on my browser. Last day, when I was working with my laptop while the Firefox browser, the Acrobat Reader DC and a text document were on the background suddenly I had to restart my laptop. after that, when I wanted to use the FireFox, I found out that all of the saved logins got lost and now there is no saved logins on my browser. I logged in my FireFox account again to recover the lost information, but unfortunately that was useless.

I have many important saved logins and passwords on my browser. Is there any solution? I need your help to solve this issue.

I have Mac Pro 2018 and having a problem with Thin Lines on left side of the browser (Firefox Mac) i can't find anyone on line with same problem explaining how they resolved the issue!

This has happened a few times before after a Firefox update, but the most recent occurrence was after the update to version 117.0.1. My mouse wheel will not scroll in the bookmarks drop down menu, I have to use the up and down arrows in the drop down menu which is very slow. When the scroll wheel did work in the past, I could be scrolling and then move the cursor to the up or down arrows and scroll even faster still using the scroll wheel and get to the folder I want a lot quicker. The scroll wheel works normally while scrolling through webpages, the only place it doesn't scroll is the bookmarks drop down menu. I'm running Firefox version 117.0.1 (64 bit) on a Windows 10 notebook PC. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Arggh! I had this box all filled out, but it vanished when I pasted the troubleshooting info. I see the troubleshooting info is gone, also. buggy So... I have a bookmarks folder, named "mobile bookmarks". It lists beneath "all bookmarks", alongside "other bookmarks", "bookmarks menu", and "bookmarks toolbar". I want to delete this "mobile bookmarks" folder, but the delete folder option is grayed out.

Hello, every since I've signed up with an account in Firefox, I've gotten marketing emails and other spam from Mozzila. I've opted out via the unsubscribe link several times, Ive tried checking "Unsubscribe from all emails" I've tried just leaving them all blank. But the emails persist.

Yes they are from Mozillas actual email, and the certificate checks out. Yes I've given it a few days. Yes, I've done the unsubscribe through my account settings as well. Please, I'm begging, someone at Mozilla look into this. I'd hate to black list your email and report Mozilla for violating the CAN-SPAM act.

I must use the magnifier that came with Windows or I cannot read the screen. All was fine until Firefox updated. Now, when I try to use the magnifier, Firefox and all the sites I am using freeze. The entire screen fades out, and an hour glass shows up. But nothing happens after that. I have to go to the task manager and close Firefox, then start it up again.

I checked for Windows updates and everything is current. I am using Windows 10.

How can I fix this?

I am trying to solve a problem with opening a URL from an external app when Firefox is not already active. The issue appeared a couple of years ago. I found it using LaunchBar, but I can reproduce it from a terminal (at least LaunchBar is not to blame).

1) If Firefox is active (I mean, has been launched) and I type the following in a terminal window open 'http://www.mozilla.org' then Firefox opens a new tab with mozilla.org (same with any other site).

2) However, if Firefox is not active (for instance, it has just been quit) and I type the same command in terminal, then Firefox launches, reopens previous tabs, but opens no new tab, thus failing to open mozilla.org (which is what I want).

I tried refreshing (could not try safe mode because the activation of Firefox should be triggered by the terminal command). I also tried uninstalling + fresh copy of Firefox, but as soon as the sync with my mozilla account occurs the problem comes back. I even tried to delete my Mozilla account and recreating a new one, that did not solve the issue.

Note that when I try (2), I sometimes very briefly (1/10 sec) see a new Firefox window open with the right site (mozilla.org) and this window disappears.

The setting for browser.startup.page is 3 and no plugins at all (fresh install, account wiped).

Any help is welcome...

My Firefox browser has been crashing for several weeks. I have been a Firefox user for quite some time now but never experienced anything like this. This happens at least a couple of times a day. I have refreshed the Firefox app on my computer, tried turning off the extensions for a while (I use 2 add blockers), but nothing seems to fix the issue. I'd hate to switch to another browser but this is getting very frustrating.

I'd appreciate any help you could provide.

I have a General Motors account that I can't login to. https://www.gmccanada.ca/en/ownercenter/service They recently changed to multi authentication using Microsoft. I can login to the first step but after I enter the sent password in the second step nothing happens. I have tried basic some trouble shooting like Firefox trouble mode, clearing cache and adding web site to exceptions in settings. GM Help Line told me to use a different browser!!!

Hello I want save links to all my opened tabs in one file to move to computer later, like in desktop version I can save all opened tabs to bookmarks and export bookmarks to html. In Android version I press Share all tabs, then "Save as PDF", but nothing been done. Does it save PDF and where is it? I didn't find anything in Download and Android folders? Only thing works - copy all links to clipboard, but then I have only list of links without caption, it's hard to use
