I am so tired of the stupid banner popping up every time I put something into full screen, that says "press escape to exit full screen".

Is there a way to disable that?

I am on a windows 10 PC.

Even though my settings in Firefox are set to restore open tabs when restarting, and Firefox is my default browser, I was unable to restore my open tabs when my Firefox browser just closed on me. I went up to the menu > History > Recently closed tabs > Reopen all tabs and nothing happened. Is there anything else I can do? Thanks for your help!

When I click on a link, it opens in a new tab. I do not want the link to open in a new tab but to open in the current tab, how can I change to this please? Thanks, Andrew.

Hi Folks, I can't seem to setup MFA via my Mozilla profile. I'm using the Google Auth App on my mobile. Have checked that time is synced correctly. Have tried setting up on my mobile and PC. Shall I try a different Authenticator App?

Simply put, I continue to get a message window telling me to update Firefox. I continue to get a response saying I need Windows 10 or later installed. I am running Windows 11 Home on my PC. Multiple attempts to get a reply on this from Mozilla Support. No replies.

Firefox crashed and I cannot recover my tabs from history. I click on restore all tabs and it does nothing. The tabs I was hoping to recover do not even appear in my history either.

I have a firefox account but I'm trying to move my bookmarks from one computer to the next. I created a firefox account but nothing moved. How can I get my bookmarks to another computer?

I have been searching for religious e-mail contacts using Firefox browser and today three boxes are appearing and remaining saying that my laptop has trojans and viruses. the boxes have Mozilla firefox written in the top left corner, and there is a "Dismiss" option at the bottom and clicking on that "Dismiss or the X in the upper right does nothing, and the boxes just return again, and again, and again. I have had zero problems logging in to eBay. That is, until, August 14, 2025. Now, I am getting an error stating that their server is down. I have cleaned my cache, cookies, turned off all of my Ad Blocking extensions, and I am still experiencing problems. Now, I have absolutely no problems logging into eBay via Microsoft Edge. As for security softer, all I am using is Windows Defender. What is going on? Please assist. I look forward to hearing from you and time is of the essence. Thank you.
