When i click on a phone number link on a site i cant get my phone to call it

I used to be able to click on a phone number (Firefox desktop) on say a google search result for a business and have that number come up on my android S21 Phone for me to call.

now when i do that i prompts me to choose an application except there are non.

it used to allow me to call via Skype but that option is also gone.

i have also installed "Phone Link" but hasn't given me a option to use that either.
