No Autofill for addresses in options

I have been trawling the web for a solution for this, I have even toyed with the idea that i'm just being thick, but on this occasion I don't think I am. As the title suggests, there is no option to autofill addresses. I have followed this , but there is no forms and autofill section, I've used the search bar at the top and all that autofill brings up is passwords.
