Firefox 35.0 causes my IE software not to work with digital certs

When I upgrade from FireFox 32 to the newest version the digital certificates in IE stop working. I have to use IE for access to certain US Government websites using a digital certificate and there is no way around this requirement without buying new certificates (not happening). Once I reverted back to V32 IE started working again. Does the latest version, V35.0.1, correct this problem? I would like to update my browser but until I'm certain that V35 won't cause me problems I'm staying with V32.
