History-show all history-right click-forget about this site removes all but one instance of the site, why do I have to remove it twice?
The option under "history" to forget about a site always removes all but one instance in the history, why does it fail to clean them all?

Can you at least remove this on instance manually?
Is this only happening with one specific website or does it always or randomly happen?
