For the past 3 days, when I try to use email, it opens, but when I click on any email, it freezes then later says not responding.
Starting 3 days ago, when I have been unable to use email on my laptop. I open it, and it all displays, but when I try to click on anything, it just spins. After awhile, it says it is not responding. I have tried waiting forever, rebooting, hard starts, etc. My other internet works just fine. I can access email on my phone. I use Windows 10, and my anti-virus is Webroot. I have talked with other people having the same problem!

Try to start *Windows* in safe mode with networking enabled.
Still in Windows safe mode, start Thunderbird in safe mode.

try the instructions here for W10 safe mode. http://www.7tutorials.com/4-ways-boot-safe-mode-windows-10 I have not seen anyone come back and complain. So I assume they work
Hasn't changed anything for me. I have been unable to launch safe mode with networking. When I am in safe mode, can't access anything. I have repeatedly tried the tutorials. Thinking it's time to get a pro's help
