I can receive mail but not send mail on my Thunderbird account. The problem appears to be the IP address code is wrong. Help..this is my business account. Please send the number for my IP address or tell me where to find it. I work on a Mac computer and have an Android phone.

Any IP address that you would be using would be for your Internet connection to your Internet Service Provider. Email does not use IP addresses in the setup of an account. Even it it did no one at Mozilla or this forum would know what it is much less be able to send it to you. To setup email accounts you need the server info that includes ports, connection security type and authorization type. For inbound this would be a POP or IMAP server and for outbound it would be for the SMTP server. You get this info from your email provider.
