The videos load on a page fine, but when I click the play button, the rotating "loading" graphic just spins forever. I've tried downgrading from Flash 11.3 to 10.3, but get the exact same results.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

Try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

try to "disable the hardware acceleration" in the Flash Player.
