how to kill a spyware inside mozzila firefox named 7hv.com ( seven visitors) . It gots inside mozzilla and now invaded i. explorer 9 too!
I need to send you a print screen on a word document with the home page that invaded my mozzila browser but at this space it was not accepted a printscreen please send me an email in order I cana annex the print screen

To solve this issue, please try below solution.
1, Open Firefox, and follow the steps in http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/How+to+set+the+home+page to reset your homepage.
If this solution failed, please follow the steps below:
1, Open "My computer", then copy and paste %appdata%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\ into the address bar and press Enter key.
2, Delete all the user.js files in that directory.
3, Open Firefox, and follow the steps in http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/How+to+set+the+home+page to reset your homepage.
