I get a preview screen on my comcast e-mail account but cannot open further
On my Comcast e-mail account I get a preview screen showing incoming messages with the first few phrases, but I cannot open them further. This is a recent development. I can open them in Explorer or Chrome but not in Firefox.

Your Flash plugin is quite older. You need to update it.

When Downloading Plugins Update setup files, Remove Checkmark from Downloading other Optional Softwares with your Plugins (e.g. Toolbars, McAfee, Google Chrome, etc.)
Update All your Firefox Plugins

- Restart Firefox
Clear Cookies & Cache
Clear the Network Cache
Reload web page(s) and bypass the cache.
- Press and hold Shift and left-click the Reload button.

- Press "Cmd + Shift + R" (MAC)
Check and tell if its working.
