I'd advise you to update to v3.6.16 because the version you're using right now is vulnerable to an SSL exploit which can impersonate a site like a banking site. The fraudulent certificates have been blacklisted in v3.6.16
You can update by going to Help | Check For Updates You can also update to v4.0 by repeating the same steps after you upgrade to 3.6.16
