Why hasn't my UI changed in Firefox 4?

I updaded to Firefox 4 on my home PC and, unlike many others, really enjoyed the new UI, but upon updating my laptop version, I'm still stuck with the UI from 3.6 (as shown in this picture)? Is there a quick fix I'm missing for this? Thanks.
