When I start the browser. the address bar at the top and the tool bar with view, edit, and most importantly bookmarks is gone. How do I get these bars back. and I can't use help>troubleshooting since the bar that button is on is missing.

Thank you that solved the issue I did not know about the alt key bringing the bar up. Problem solved. some how the tool bars were turned off.
