I can print in IE8. Cannot print or display print preview on my log in with Firefox. Just get grey print preview screen. My wife can display print preview and can print web pages on her log in. Using Vista Home Premium. Tried print:print:print reset and deleting all histories as suggested on the forum.

Did you try resetting all your prefs for that printer?
These prefs have very wrong values.

Try resetting those 4 specific preferences.
