I deleted some emails on the weekend by mistake so I went into trash to retrieve them but couldn't find them. I checked again this morning and they are still not there. Please help Thank you, Basma Brown

Hi Basma, do you have this problem when you view your mailbox online in Firefox -- for example on https://mail.google.com/mail/ or https://outlook.live.com/mail/ -- or in the separate Thunderbird program?
