Do Mozilla developers monitor these forums in the hope that issues experienced by users are addressed?

In TB68.x, used to be able to "Tag" messages as they are created or replied. With TB78.x can only select Tags after they've been Sent...very inconvenient and counter-intuitive.

What compose window menu item did you use to do that? I do not recall a tag menu item in the compose window ever.

BUMP....how about someone from Mozilla addressing this issue? This surely is an easy fix or enhancement.
