Can't get past master password window even with a reset
i am working in Mozilla Support but still get a request for a Master Password but I cannot get to my emails on this Win 10 machine. and seem to have lost contact with Thunderbird. Can I get some help, please

And what does "working in Mozilla Support" mean?
I thought a reset meant that i could use the new password to get access to site addresses but that those that had been deleted in the reset would not be available.
What I thought was my new password after a reset does not work.
What password are you resetting? The password to your email account? The Master Password that is optional in Thunderbird?
Where and how are you doing this reset?
