How to change password for existing mail account
I had the change my PW for my Earthlink email account but cannot find where to update the password in Thunderbird. Can you direct me? Thunderbird opens but challenges me for my PW.

Options-Security-Passwords-Saved Passwords Click Show Passwords Right click password and select Edit
The challenge dialog should have a choice to re-enter the new password also.

Question was regarding the mail program where there is no Options menu item. Was able to solve using the following:

There is most definitely an Options menu in Thunderbird with the choices listed in the string above At least you figured it out.
