Thunderbird and Firefox always Crash when I start the file explorer (after Windows 1803 update) SOLVED: update to IDPC 6.40.01 or newer.
Hello everyone. Since I update Windows 10 to the latest version, 1803, the both of Thunderbird and Firefox crash, only when I start the file explorer or Recycle bin. Otherwise it works perfectly.

I solved the problem. I had to uninstall the IDProtect Client x64 6.30.09 (Athena Smartcard driver?), and now both of Thunderbird and Firefox don't crash.
As I see, this driver package was automatically updated/came with Windows 10 1803 update.

Supplement: When I lock my screen (ALT+CTRL+END), and I unlock my screen (after I typing my password) these programs also collapsed.

Alternative: Update the Athena drivers for ID Protect Monitor
One person who had crash said: "I updated Athena drivers for ID Protect Monitor and now Thunderbird crashes seems are gone. ...
