After updating firefox to version 4.2 on my mac, I can't get in to gmail, google.com or any other secure site. Does give me the option to continue to the site
I get an error "This connection is untrusted" after updating to firefox 42. It does not give me an option to add the site.

I don't understand why a site as common as gmail and google search haven't been tested for this before the release.
I have users who are not very tech savvy and work from remote locations and I cannot send them highly technical solutions.
Hi, your problem is nothing like as commonplace as you seem to think. If it was, we would be seeing thousands of users complaining about the same thing - which we aren't.
It could be as simple as having the wrong date set on your users machines, so please try working through the linked article. If that doesn't help, telling us the exact error message as shown in the article will help us to provide a solution.
