Hi lrokk, Thank you for your question. After installing an extension, sometimes Firefox has to be restarted to see the change. I have noticed in your troubleshooting information that Silverlight is not listed. If you install and restart, is it listed in the extensions section of [about:addons] page? Try the test page: *[http://www.silverlight.net/showcase/] I tested this in a new profile, when I restarted the page still asked me as well. It comes up in about:addons in the plug in section as disabled. Enable it to "Activate" and that should do it.
