On Deciem.com I can not add any item to the basket. I click "add to basket" and nothing happens. I deleted the cookies and started the browser without add-ons and no result.

Those basket button work with JavaScript onclick handlers, so if these buttons aren't working then you are likely blocking JavaScript. These buttons work for me in the current release (58.0.2).

Do you have any content blocking extensions?

If you use extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) that can block (wanted) content (Adblock Plus, NoScript, Ghostery, Privacy Badger, uBlock Origin) always make sure such extensions do not block (wanted) content.

  • make sure your extensions and filters are updated to the latest version

There is Tracking Protection that can block (wanted) content.

You can try these steps in case of issues with web pages:

You can reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.

  • hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload button
  • press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
  • press "Command + Shift + R" (Mac)

Clear the cache and remove the Cookies from websites that cause problems via the "3-bar" Firefox menu button (Options/Preferences).

"Clear the cache:

  • Options/Preferences -> Privacy & Security -> Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove the Cookies" from websites that cause problems.

  • Options/Preferences -> Privacy & Security -> "Use custom settings for history" -> cookies: "Show cookies"

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Appearance
  • do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window

Hi, care to try a 7min quick fix if works as is better than doing a refresh... Please : uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files(x86) Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. (Note: This should be Pinned and run Weekly, If never done below expect 10's of gig's) Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do :

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 58.0.2 with a Full Version Installer

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

Thank you! It took me a lot more than 7 minutes because of my genius abilities.:)) And here I am with a brand new Mozilla (en). And I can not put anything in the basket. :) Mistery! Add-ons - off.

I did exactly the things you described step by step. I already think the problem is the site itself.

Hi, ya well 7mins was pushing it. Sorry to hear site not fixed for you. Do you have any issues using IE or (lol) the other one oh ya Edge ? Would be good to confirm if problem is the site by trying with one of those or with Seamonkey or ...

If you have the time to check, let us know what happens.
