im having trouble unblocking training modules sent by my employer
brainshark training modules are sent out to me for training purposes however after viewing the video i am unable to continue with the examination stages and further tutorials on the subject. when i click on the padlock symbol to try and unblock it does not even give me the option to unblock. this is really testing my patience as I have a lot of the to complete and they are piling up every week

Can you provide more details of the problem? How are you getting these lessons? Are you supposed to click a link for the next step? Any error messages?
The ‘brainshark’ training module is all in one where once you start it and complete a video to watch it should automatically go onto a question answer page, there are about 20-30 pages of further q/a but I can open any as the padlock comes up saying some parts of this website are blocked such as images. I tried to unblock but it seems its not as simple as that, I checked your page out and the drop down box that allows the page to open is not being given to me. It should let me unblock even at my own risk right? It is not going to another link as it is all together in one

You may have software that is blocking this.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).
Is the problem still there?
Start your Computer in safe mode with networking. Then start Firefox. Try Safe websites. Is the problem still there?
OK here is what I have discovered. I am using a new cpu running windows 10. it is an ACER brand and has microsoft edge. i used my old cpu which is an SONY running windows 8. I used firefox on both and was able to complete the training module on the sony with windows 8.
I have no toolbar on windows 10 and am realizing that this is a problem for a lot of people and may be why I cant get past this security

by the way a CPU refers to the Central processing unit like say a Intel Core i5 as an example. The short name people may refer to a desktop computer is a PC which is short for personal computer.
