plugins reinstall themselves every time I start mozilla

What a I do? mozilla already uninstalled, removed the folder under% appdata% and continues with error. every time I start Mozilla Firefox plugins ask to be reconfigured (example: fastdial, xmarks etc.)

Some Extensions are globally installed, which means you have to uninstall them from the Control Panel.
