I'm now using Firefox version 9.0.1, and sometimes when I start Firefox, I get a screen that that it was unable to start due to errors. This screen only gives options that make you close the program, and it's tough to get it started again, and sometimes only restarting the computer will help solve it. I have copied the information and pasted it below with hopes you can help me figure this out. We have Windows 7 and Webroot Internet Security. Let me know if you need more info.
