I will be reading a page, and all of a sudden the page changes instantly stateing that my url address is too big.

When I look at the line with the address I see the browser blinking and each time it blinks what ever address is on the address line duplicates itself and follows the original address thus doubling up on the address line. 

This happens multiply times.  I hit the back arrow, and I return instantly to the page I was just reading/filling out forms/ etc.  This problem does not affect my other browser at all.  I prefer firefox and hope you can help with this problem.
