Firefox will no longer load My Fitness Pal, and chrome will do it. Why? Firefox has been loading this site for years!

I have never had trouble loading a site. I use all of the typical spyware and other scans, and I have a clean system.

The issue is myfitnesspa. The screen says that Firefox has detected a problem with the way the site is redirecting, and therefore it stops the site download, in the mistaken belief that the site would never load.

Then, I copy the URL and paste it in Chrome, and there it is, no problem.

Obviously, the problem is the browser...in this case, Firefox.

Is there a fix for this, and can I turn off the error detection so it will load the site as Chrome will?

My post missed the "l."

It is myfitnesspal.

When Chrome loads the site, it removes the "https."
