Hello: XM radio repeats when playing. Same setup works fine at home, and on ipad. Suggestions?

When trying to listen to XM Radio via the internet using their website, the audio instantaneously repeats, making it difficult to listen to anything in comfort. I.E. browser works fine. XM claims the issue is on their end, but the same setup at home works fine. It also works fine on my ipad. I don't think it is an XM issue. I have the latest Shockwave version, but still no help. I did a "refresh" - once again no help. Andy advice?
