firefox on win10 is to big for my monitor

bought new HP460-a060na AND using MedionMD30422PV TFT Monitor from ALDI, Having finally got firefox installed, I find the page is oversized for my monitor, the sides are out of view by a quarter inch, the page moves up and down usingmouse wheel with cursor next to left side of screen but three bar menu top right and including close button "X" sre not visible, I have to minimise to close page or click on 3 bar menu...

also,...not possible to click on top bar to slide to left or right to get to side bar as clicking on it minimises the page to centre top of scree wher reducing size has no effect on maximising again....STUMPED....
