After an update, when closing Thunderbird mails disappear from pane slow to close. Why?
After an update, this behavior appeared and it didn't disappear yet.
When I close TB, all e-mails from the pane disappear and it takes some seconds to close the windows.
This did not happen before.
Is is strange and inefficient.

1. What version? 45.3.0?
2. Please start thunderbird in safe mode - https://support.mozilla.org/kb/safe-mode-thunderbird Does problem go away? Please post your results.

2. Does not noticeably happen always. I tried safe mode and was able to replicate the problem: it took about 10 s to close and after I clicked close all e-mails disappeared from the pane, one by one.
Is there some kind of log to look at or advanced test to do?
