Firefox will not allow me to sign in on my laptop or phone. It said my password was incorrect, but I know my password perfectly. Now it says attempts exceeded.
Sync will not allow me to login in laptop or phone. It says that my login attempts exceed limit, and my password is wrong. Right password people I know my password. Something is broken with your Sync

Or someone is trying to hack in to your details. Sync should be used to Sync info between devices not as a backup. Any backup should be the info on your multiple devices. Reset Sync and make sure your email account is secure before re registering to use Sync.
Try to make sure your email account is secure and that you are the only person knowing the login details - change your password AFTER disconnecting with Sync and then set it up again. See also
