Does Firefox have a support desk whereby I can phone, or chat with a support tech? This ongoing problem is a problem with Firefox, given that Flash works just fine using Internet Explorer. I dislike Internet Explorer, THAT'S why i chose to use Firefox.

Mozilla does not have resources that would be needed to have call centers for one on one support (for Firefox and their products and projects) whether by phone, chat, or email, especially since it would be for free..
