mp4 will not play when using Firefox 44.0

Firefox will crash when trying to play mp4 video. I have had this problem since version 43. It still happens when using 44.0 I am running it on Red Hat Enterprise Linux Workstation release 6.7 (Santiago)

You have some blocklisted mime types in the crash report, is this a customized feature? Perhaps try to disable some of the extensions or try a new profile to check:

Sorry for the slow response. I've turned off all extensions and plug-ins but still can't play these videos.

This also happens on my Laptop running Centos 6.7 and Firefox 44.0

The video will play for about 10 seconds before Firefox crashes.

I've just tried with a new profile but this has not fixed the issue.

Reverted back to Firefox 42.0 with plugins on and it works.
