fbconnect library missing sdk.js , what is this and how do you fix it

while playing games on pogo and facebook , i went into play a game and it wouldn't load and then instead of saying it timed out , i got fbconnect library missing sdk.js , what the heck is this and how do you fix it , i went on google ,looked it up and it said it had a fix , so i did everything it said and nothing, still get same error , i know this shows chrome , but they have same problem and so does ie , i uninstalled mozilla to see if this helps and it doesn't

All three of your browsers have the same error? This suggests that something external is in play, for example, security software or a firewall that filters your internet access, parental control software, or a glitch with your internet service.
