I run automated testing against FireFox and am trying to find a profile setting or something that I can set to prevent Firefox from prompting 1) Would you like to show notification from x? 2) Add x as an application for mailto links?

It appears that the permissions manager is missing the Show Notifications, notably in the All Sites section.
