I upgraded my Fedora nad I think that Thunderbird 149 came with that upgrade. I cannot send mails. Ctrl+enter has no reaction. Downgraded to 148 and everyhing is fine. |<

Hi I am an older person and have lost my profiles on thunderbird email - one is [redacted]@xtra.co.nz and the other is [redacted]@xtra.co.nz. We are in NZ and accidently deleted the Thunderbird profile and not the corrupted new profile I was setting up. Thank you. Gloria Sandbrook. I cannot open the email program with Thunderbird, I have trie to open it by pressing Shift and Thunderbird Icaon, thus the Repair menu opens, I have tried every combination in that , like starting in the secured modus, but it did not help, I have tried to delete the "parent-lock" data in %appadat%\Thunderbird\Profiles\ - it said that I cannot delete it,because it is opened in Thunderbird. Would you kindly help me? Thank you very much

I have to find a new email carrier. 1) Is there a cost to Thunderbird email and is it the same as Thundermail? 2) Can I transfer my current email messages to be saved? 3) Can I use Thunderbird mail inside of Microsoft Outlook like is the case with my current email? 4) And current email is embedded inside of Gmail on my mobile phone. How would Thunderbird work on my phone?

Changed our broadband provider on Friday from PlusNet to EE and, since then, have been unable to reply to emails on my Thunderbird Mozilla account. I am still receiving them but when I attempt to reply I get the message:

"Sending of the message failed.

An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: <X@dolhun.co.uk> recipient rejected - relay denied. Please check the message recipient "X@dolhun.co.uk" and try again."

Can anyone offer any help please? I am not very computer savvy unfortunately 'Regarding the question below which I have answered 149.0, to be honest I don't know which Thunderbird version I have but I had to fill in something!!

PRELUDE: I have several email accounts. All accounts display properly, except one. Yes, this is similar to my question about bottom of the far left [of emails] list of emails - but this is different.

On the far left of Thunderbird is a list of all my email accounts with "Inbox" etcetera. Each email account shows it's Inbox/Sent/Deleted/ except for 1 account. The problem email account only shows it's Title and Inbox northing else. Yes, I tested it and sent emails to it, and used the problem email account to send, create a draft, and they don't show..

Hello, I use Thunderbird to manage several email accounts, one on them is not active anymore but I still want to be able to access the emails stored in my thunderbird directory tree, so I keep it active. And the fact is that every day this account tries to access a remote server that does not exists anymore to retrieve email that can not be retrieve, and every day I am asked for a password that cannot work. But the fact is that I did deactivate all options to read remote emails for this account, so that behavior is odd and I am not able to find a way around it. Any idea what to do not to be bother anymore ?

This is a new thing. The 2 devices (laptop and Kindle) have always synced my Outlook emails. New today. Can be fixed I'm sure but don't know where to start. Thanks!

Does anybody knows why or how this happened? Thunderbird has worked just fine since the May 1. My internet connection works well. Has anybody had this problem before?

When I try to access my e-mails I am getting message." Login to server pop.tiscali.co.uk with username [redacted]@tiscali.co.uk failed." Nothing I do helps

I don't wish to use the calendar that comes with Thunderbird, but instead continuing with my Macintosh iCal.

1) How do I switch off the Thunderbird calendar function? 2) How do I get the calendar invitations sent to me as an ICS file attachments, that I can open in Mac iCal. Just like in Airmail and in Microsoft Outlook.
