The keyboard straight up doesn't show up when I tap on writable spaces. Like this support page, twitch or other chats, search boxes on Ddg or Google, or many other sites with writable boxes. Sometimes the keyboard will show up but won't actually let me write anything, and won't go away with normal means. When I try to close it, it just goes back a page and the keyboard stays on the screen not functioning. It's quite annoying and won't let me do what I want. I wrote this in a notepad app and copy paste it, 'cuz it won't let me write anything on the support page.

There maybe a sight w3c incompatibility issue but it may also be a java script or dybnaic page rebdering issue specific to Firefox.

The forms submission button remains grey and fails to do anything after the forms have been completed. The auto form completion from the managed passwords all works fine.

I am an Android user and I have the latest version of the app (I am also in the US). I was not given an option to set up the built-in VPN. I have done everything to help article says to do as well as following threads from others with this same issue. Nothing has gotten me the option to set-up and use the VPN. I have "Allow Firefox to improve features, performance, and stability between updates" turned on, remote improvement studies is one, and I have signed out and back in again. PLEASE I would love to use the VPN. I need help.

Hello Firefox community! today I got issue that could be bug, when I switch to other tab, search something, and get back to first tab, tab refreshes, like for no reason. (yeah i was doing something and all progress lost😭) Soo is it website issue or browser issue?

Hello, my name is Heath, and my Question is in relation to the offerMozilla option to use VIP browsing for free, that's a great offer, thank you. I've only just today, signed up for Firefox and Mozilla with the option to use Mozilla browser, and VIP is bonus extra, on offer to use for free. I have opted to use that offer, for the extra security. As soon as I proceeded, and the offer was activated straight away. I then got a notification that stated "this free extra on this browser, will give a max of 50gb of Data per month. How would that effect my mobile Network monthly pre-pay account, gives me unlimited Data, calling & texts etc for $40 per month. Will my monthly account, and the cost of it, to the network that I subscribe to, for personal use, and is is my preferred mobile Network to use, over any of the other available networks, in my country and/or Region?

Firefox on Android still partially has tab groups enabled when you turn off the setting under Tabs -> Tab Grouping. The setting removes the header element in the tab view, but if you drag and move a tab to rearrange, it still shows the nesting animation over another tab and if you drop the tab it still shows the grouping UI. I don't want tab groups turned on. Is there a way to make sure this bug is resolved/seen?

I got my VPN for Firefox android app, but I can't find the VPN on my windows desktop app although it is the latest version 157, I log out and then sign in with my account but the VPN not showing, I search the settings and nothing there , any help please

Ich habe ein älteres Mozilla-Konto, auf das ich leider nicht mehr vollständig zugreifen kann, da ich keinen Zugriff mehr auf die dort hinterlegte primäre E-Mail-Adresse habe. Bei der Anmeldung wird immer wieder ein Bestätigungscode an diese nicht mehr verfügbare E-Mail-Adresse gesendet. Dadurch kann ich die Anmeldung nicht abschließen und die Kontoeinstellungen nicht ändern. Meine aktuelle E-Mail-Adresse ist in diesem alten Konto als zweite E-Mail-Adresse hinterlegt. Da ich die primäre E-Mail-Adresse nicht mehr verwenden kann, habe ich inzwischen ein neues Mozilla-Konto mit einer anderen E-Mail-Adresse erstellt. Dort habe ich zusätzlich eine weitere E-Mail-Adresse hinterlegt. Nun möchte ich meine aktuelle, regelmäßig genutzte E-Mail-Adresse als primäre E-Mail-Adresse meines neuen Kontos verwenden. Das ist jedoch nicht möglich, da Mozilla meldet, dass diese E-Mail-Adresse bereits verwendet wird. Meine Lesezeichen habe ich bereits gesichert. Ich möchte nun mein neues Konto so einrichten, dass ich Firefox künftig problemlos auf meinem Desktop und meinen mobilen Geräten synchronisieren kann. Können Sie mir bitte mitteilen, ob und wie sich meine aktuelle E-Mail-Adresse vom alten Konto lösen und für mein neues Konto als primäre E-Mail-Adresse verwenden lässt? Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, meine Kontodaten oder die E-Mail-Zuordnung wiederherzustellen, obwohl ich keinen Zugriff mehr auf die primäre E-Mail-Adresse des alten Kontos habe? I just posted a "Was this page helpful? No" comment saying that Enhanced Tracking Exceptions didn't seem to work for FF Android. Disabling tracking for CNBC didn't "stick" and the site wasn't listed in Exceptions. When enabled, I was seeing a "Corrupted Content" error, and was continually having to tap the Shield to turn Enhanced "off" for the page to load.

Found what appears to be an incompatibility: when uBlock Origin is disabled for CNBC, the Shield/Enhanced-Off/Exceptions list DOES appear to work per the docs. Not sure what in uBlock is triggering the "Corrupted Content" condition for CNBC, but it's very consistent/repeatable. I think the latest versions for both are installed ...

So the docs ARE correct, but may need a line added that if the Exceptions override doesn't seem to work as described, that there may be a conflicting browser add-on/extension.

I am using Firefox on an Android phone and experiencing frequent YouTube video stuttering and dropped frames. The video playback is not smooth even though my internet connection is stable. The problem happens repeatedly on YouTube, while the same videos play normally in other browsers. Please help me determine whether this is a Firefox performance, hardware acceleration, or video decoding issue and what settings I should check or change.
