When I try to open my FB pages on my desktop, this message appears and there doesn't seem to be a way to correct. it. I tried to restart, and erase recent history.

However the the pages open on my lap top.

I am having issues signing in to the playstation store using firefox. It works on edge (although I have the same issue in ungoogled chromium). I have tried refreshing but that didn't work. I uninstalled it and deleted all mozilla folders in appdata, then tried again without signing in to my mozilla account on a fresh install but i'm still having the issue. It might be a windows configuration issue because I don't see why this would work on edge but not on firefox. I've tried disabling all cookie and tracking protection features but I still have the same issue.

I use Mozilla Firefox browser on my work laptop, and have it Sync'd to my iphone. Yesterday my sister opened Firefox, logged me out, and logged herself in, to access some things. But instead of closing my profile (bookmarks, saved PWs, etc.) it MERGED hers with mine. Now, on our laptops and phones, we see each others bookmarks, saved PWs, etc. How can I unmerge them? Pls help!

The folks at the bank have one response, Use Chrome.

It does work using the same credentials but it's not what I want to use ANY ideas are appreciated I've tried allowing all sorts of permissions but even 'clear history' options were changed with this windows update.

I have Firefox 129.0.1 on a Windows 11 laptop.

The browser has told me very recently that I soon won't be able to read emails on the browser.

Can anyone please explain what this is all about and what I need to do to continuing being able to read emails on Firefox ?

I have an account with a certain email. I need to use a different email for specific connections. Do I need to create a new separate Firefox account with the second email? If so, how?

The latest firefox update makes it so that when you have duplicate tabs open, if you close one, it closes them ALL. I had an issue where YouTube decided instead of opening a video in the same tab, it opened in a new tab, a setting I immediately fixed when I realized it had happened.

Unfortunately, I only wanted THE DUPLICATE TABS to close, not ALL of the tabs linking to that video. I wanted A SINGLE TAB REMAINING of that tab, but there appears to be no setting anywhere in Firefox to change that. Can anyone help???

To be clear: When I have multiple of the same tab, I only want to close the other duplicates, not all of them, so I can still go about my business on that one tab.

Ex: I open a YouTube video by accident in multiple tabs, I wish to watch this video without having to search YouTube for it again. I want to close the duplicates of that video tab, but not the original one.

Version: Firefox 129 Ubuntu/Debian I'm using the Proton theme in Firefox and would like to revert the tabs to their previous, non-floating style. I've tried using the [profile]/chrome/userChrome.css method and enabling toolkit.legacyUserProfileCustomizations.stylesheets, but this hasn't worked. Is there another way to achieve this? How can I allow My Firefox browser to let me through my bank online with ought asking me for a activaction code every time because it says its a unreconognized device I have a desk top windows 7 I check mark its a private device and i register. I also have a mobile app from the same bank without any problems. Thank You!

One of the Firefox profiles does not save logins and passwords, but other profiles of the browser at that same computer have not that problem. How can I solve this problem ?

There's one specific field I fill in very often and for some reason Firefox is really keen on suggesting me two searches that I looked up more than a couple months ago, on a totally different site. I can't even remove these suggestions or add new ones. When I used Vivaldi, it'd learn what I insert (even if it'd end up suggesting tens and tens of options), while Firefox doesn't learn at all.

For sake of an example, let's say that the word I use every day in this field is XYZ. Not even once was it suggested to me, I've only ever gotten the two in the screenshot below instead. And I can't remove them using the Delete key as some other article suggested.

Speaking of which, I just noticed the same thing happen to the subject line in this form 🙃

I have a new computer ... I like using Firefox as a browser but continue to have issues logging into Facebook...I have opted to use Chrome as I do not have issues using it.. When is Mozilla/Firefox going to address this issue & finally fix it??
